Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) and the Pinterest tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd, Dublin) are loaded only after you accept them in the consent dialog. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Click counter: on company, manufacturer and trade-fair pages, clicks on external links are counted in aggregate (page, link, day). No cookie is set and no IP address or identifier is stored.

Cookieless statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) and Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.) count page views without setting cookies or storing IP addresses, so no consent is requested for these tools.

Forms (contact, submissions, newsletter): data is sent through Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection) and stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). Submissions are also emailed to the editorial team; requests about personal data, cookies and the legal notice are forwarded to legal [at] kiiwan.com.

Newsletter: double opt-in subscription (you confirm via a link sent by email; the dates of request and confirmation are kept as proof). Subscribers are stored by Loops (United States), which sends the emails under a data processing agreement. One-click unsubscribe in every issue.

Retention: 3 years after the last contact for messages and submissions; until unsubscription for the newsletter; 48 hours for an unconfirmed subscription request.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to legal [at] kiiwan.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
